Just five minutes from Tournon-sur-Rhône, this Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the region's treasures. Drive along the famous Route des Vins and enjoy local wine tastings. Take your family to the Peaugres Safari Park for a day of adventure, or climb aboard the Ardèche tourist train for a unique discovery of the rolling landscapes of the Doux Valley. Tournon will seduce you with its historic castle and charming old city streets.
La Colline St Joseph is a self-contained Holiday cottage set in a property surrounded by vineyards, on which you'll find another Holiday cottage and the owner's residence. An outside staircase leads to the furnished terrace where you can enjoy your meals al fresco with a breathtaking view of the St. Joseph hillsides. There's also a pleasant garden with a large above-ground swimming pool*. Set in verdant surroundings, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy sunny days.
Comfort and charm inside the Holiday cottage. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal preparation. The separate living room has a dining and sitting area. The Holiday cottage has two bedrooms: the first with a 160cm bed and the second with two 90cm beds. The bathroom has a bath and separate WC.
Free Wi-Fi access. Access via a 400-meter private carriage road and carport under the Holiday cottage.
*Piscine info: above-ground with ladder / 9 x 4.5 m / depth: 1.25 m/ open from early June to late Sept, weather permitting (-chlorine- not heated).

5/5Nous avons été accueilli par Monsieur Cartier qui est un Monsieur très sympathique , discret, à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Le logement avec vue sur les vignes est très bien situé avec les commerces à proximité mais également toutes les activités , randonnées , baignade à côté. Il est également très bien équipé. La piscine est un grand atout à ce gîte. Nous recommandons ce logement qui est très bien adapté aux familles et même avec des enfants en bas âge. Merci à monsieur Cartier pour son accueil.

Séjour enchanteur
5/5Gite dans la campagne en hauteur au calme avec une vue sur les collines. Il est proche des commerces ( Tournon sur Rhône). Le gite est confortable, bien aménagé, et très fonctionnel, équipements de qualité. Il y a 2 belles terrasses, une piscine. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, et discret, tout en sachant être présent. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Excellent sejour !...
5/5Nous avons passes un tres bon sejour a la Colline St Joseph situe dans les vignes ,en pleine nature et cela tout pres des commerces a quelques minutes en voiture de St Jean de Muzols ou de Tournon sur Rhone ,Tain sur l’Hermitage
Endroit calme,reposant ...avec Mr Cartier proprietaire attentif a notre bien etre,discret,gentil,serviable ...
Beau gite bien equipe ,bien agence avec des exterieurrs comme la piscine agreable,2 terrasses ou on peut se mettre en fonction du soleil ,de la chaleur .
De bonnes vacances en Ardeche cette superbe region

5/5Bonjour, pour notre deuxième année dans ce gite, je l’ai trouvé encore plus beau. Très relaxant avec sa grande piscine et tous son confort. Bernard, le propriétaire, n’a pas changé toujours aussi discret et super accueillant. Je recommande cet endroit merveilleux et calme. J’y retournerai. Merci Bernard.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mitten in den Wein
5/5Sehr schön gelegenes gut ausgestattetnes Haus mit hervorragender Aussicht auf Weinberge und Tournon sur Rhône. Da es in der Woche besonders warm war, haben wir den großen Pool sehr genossen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und bemüht, jedes Problem zu lösen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Maison très bien située et bien équipée avec une vue imprenable sur les vignes et Tournon sur Rhône .
Comme il faisait particulièrement chaud durant la semaine, nous avons vraiment appréciés la grande piscine.
Le propriétaire était très gentil et a résolu tous les problèmes .
Hautement recommandé !
