In the southern Ardèche, in the Cévennes, and just a stone's throw from the village of Joyeuse, the Holiday cottage "Clos de Beauregard" is ideally located for a vacation exploring the local heritage.
Enjoy all the flavors of Provence at the Wednesday morning Market, just a few minutes' walk away, and stroll through the streets of the old City, which has been awarded the "Métiers d'Art" label. Shops and activities within walking distance.
There's a swimming pool on site, to be shared with the Maison d'Hôtes, and access to the river and supervised beach at "Le Petit Rocher".
For nature-lovers and activity-lovers, there are hiking and mountain-biking trails nearby, canoeing on the Chassezac or Ardèche rivers, rock-climbing at Casteljau, on the edge of the Bois de Païolive...
And, of course, the major must-see sites are just 20kms away: the Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc and the magnificent listed villages of Balazuc, Labeaume...

The Holiday cottage is located at the back of a beautiful stone house. It has its own entrance and independent access.
It comprises a living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, sitting area with TV and pellet stove.
Ground floor: shower room, closed toilet and laundry area with washing machine.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms. The 1st (140cm bed) with private shower room, the 2nd with 140cm bed, the 3rd with 2 90cm beds (adjustable on request) and separate WC.
For your comfort, bed linen is included and beds made on arrival. Linen, baby bed and high chair available on request. Reversible air conditioning on the first floor, in the hallway.
You'll appreciate the 2 terraces that let you move around in the sun. They're ideal for relaxing, resting and enjoying a barbecue!
You can also relax on the deckchairs by the Piscine.
Bike storage available on request.
Piscine info: dim 4x9m - depth 1.50 m - salt water - from May to September, weather permitting (not heated), fenced and alarmed.
