Clémentine

Located in a quiet hamlet 5kms from the village of Les Vans, in the southern Cévennes, the Holiday cottage "Clémentine" will allow you to marvel at the Ardéchoise nature and its magnificent villages of character such as Thines, Banne or Naves.
The owners are passionate about Hiking and cycling, and will be happy to show you around and advise you on everything you need to know about the southern Ardèche.
This hamlet is on the heights of the Chassezac and Sûre rivers, offering beautiful beaches and sun-drenched rocky outcrops for swimming just 500m away.
You'll also be close to the many services and events in the village of Les Vans, including its typical Ardèche Saturday morning Market.

This Holiday cottage sleeps 2, and can be reached via a few outside steps. It is adjoined by two year-round rentals, located next to and above the Holiday cottage, with shared exterior access.
Outside, a large plot divided into 2 private gardens, one for the Holiday cottage, the other for a year-round rental.
Your private outdoor space, planted with olive trees, features a garden table and chairs, a barbecue and a view of the Château de Chambonas.

Inside, it's simple but complete. There's a living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa. There's also a bedroom with a 140cm bed and TV.
The small bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Beds made on arrival.
Shared washing machine with the owners, who live on the other side of the small road. A shaded parking space is reserved in front of the Holiday cottage.
