You have access to the region's rich archaeological, architectural and landscape heritage: 5 km from Alba la Romaine (archaeological site), 8 km from Viviers, 20 km from the Rhône valley, 35 km from the Gorges de l'Ardèche (canoeing, canyoning, climbing, Grotte Chauvet 2, Vallon Pont d'Arc), close to the Ardèche plateau. Many festivals take place nearby: Cinema d'Europe, circus arts festival, Labeaume music festival... You're not far from the sites of the Drôme Provençale. This Holiday cottage is built against an unoccupied barn. In the heart of southern Ardèche, 20 minutes from Montélimar, this old village house has been completely renovated. It features a large, bright living room with open-plan kitchen, a sitting area with TV and pellet stove, a 2nd small sitting area on a mezzanine floor, 3 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and private shower room and WC, one with a 160cm bed, one with two 90cm beds, beds made on arrival), 1 shower room, separate WC. There's a lovely 28 m² terrace with panoramic views and an arbour, and a large 600 m² garden with fenced-in private swimming pool and deckchairs. A garage is at your disposal. The Holiday cottage is well-equipped.
