Situated inside the old village ramparts, the Holiday cottage is ideal for enjoying and discovering the wonderful landscapes of southern Ardèche. You'll be able to leave your car behind and walk to all the local shops and restaurants. But above all, you'll be just 200m from Balazuc's beautiful Beach, where you can enjoy swimming in the Ardèche and go canoeing. You'll love the many Hiking trails that will take you past sublime views of the Ardèche stone houses and the river. Chez Thibounet is a Semi-detached house that will delight you with its authenticity. It has been refurbished by its owner to provide all modern comforts. Nestled between 2 houses, you'll also enjoy a small private outdoor space in front of the Holiday cottage, where you can enjoy meals, barbecues or simply relax in a hammock. You'll enter the Holiday cottage via the living room equipped for meals, or via the lounge with fireplace and fully-equipped kitchen. A storeroom is also available for all your storage needs. You'll also find a shower room and separate toilet on this level. On the upper floor, you'll find a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90cm beds. A small mezzanine adjoining this second bedroom is perfect for quietly reading a book. A dressing room with an extra bed is also available. Wifi connection.
