You're in the small village of Lussas, in southern Ardèche, at the foot of the Coiron massif.
Take time to discover the archeological site of Jastres Nord, with its beautiful panorama of the Cévennes and the Ardèche river!
A Cinema festival village since the late 70s, Lussas has developed a number of documentary film activities since the late 80s.
It's a village rich in festive and cultural events, services and shops.
The area is ideal for walks and Hiking, not forgetting visits to the most emblematic sites in the Ardèche (Gorges de l'Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche, the villages of Vogüé and Balazuc....).

This accommodation is brand new. It is functional, on one level, air-conditioned in the living room, with a private Piscine accessible from May to September (unheated).
It is located on the first floor of the owner's house and has its own entrance.
A parking space is reserved for you in the shared courtyard.
There's an adjoining private outdoor space with 2 terraces, one of which is covered, ideal for meals (and barbecues).

It comprises a living room with a lounge area (flat-screen TV, wifi internet connection), a dining area and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 90cm bunk beds), each with TV, a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room.
Sheets and towels available at extra cost.
