Holiday cottage Chez Marius is a small hamlet near Saint-Agrève, comprising 3 adjoining holiday cottages that can accommodate up to 20 people for your stays in the Ardèche. This old stone farmhouse has been entirely renovated with taste and quality materials. You'll be won over by the interior design, which combines modernity and tradition. Set in a remarkable natural environment, the Holiday cottage offers a magnificent panorama of the volcanic relief of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park. The Holiday cottage has its own private heated Piscine. There's also a large park and a terrace where you can enjoy your meals outside around a brazier. For your leisure, table soccer, ping-pong and pétanque are at your disposal. All 3 Holiday cottages have a separate entrance and are organized around the barn, a beautiful room of over 150m² where you'll find a large open, fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, and a living room with 2 large solid wood tables. You can also relax on one of the sofas in the large living room and enjoy its wood-burning stove on winter evenings. On the first floor of the barn, enjoy a fitness/wellbeing area with sauna and sports equipment. All Holiday cottages have 9 bedrooms. Each Holiday cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and living area with flat-screen TV. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided. There are many activities and sites to discover nearby: Hiking from the gîte, Mont Gerbier, swimming and sailing at Lake Devesset, mountain biking and VTC on the 'Dolce Via'. The Holiday cottage is 50 km from Valence, 60 km from Saint-Étienne and 84 km from Saint-Étienne-Loire airport. An ideal Holiday cottage to enjoy with family or friends.

Idéal pour un séjour entre amis. 3 maisons entièrement rénovées entourent un bâtiment où le groupe se retrouve pour profiter de la belle cuisine aménagée, de grandes tables, d'un baby foot, d'une tv géante, ainsi qu'une salle de musculation pour perdre les calories excédentaires.
Les canapés ont une assise un peu longue; les chaises un peu basses pour la hauteur de table ; Un salon de jardin impressionnant nous permet de profiter du paysage. Piscine chauffée, terrain de boules, vélos électriques contribuent à notre bonheur.- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine vraiment super, le gîte est incroyable, nous étions 20 dont la moitié des enfants et tout le monde avait de l'espace et a pu profiter de tout le confort mis à disposition.
Rien à redire niveau propreté, c'était parfait. Gîte ultra bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le prix vaut le confort. à refaire sans hésiter !- Cleanliness

Marion Superbes vacances et super location!
Super séjour dans le gîte Chez Marius.
Un super accueil et des propriétaires à l'écoute ! C'était génial, la maison est bien équipée et les logements sont adaptés au groupe.
La literie est très bonne et nous avons passé un séjour vraiment superbe. Pas de bol pour le temps, qui n'a pas été à notre avantage mais même comme ça, c'était super grâce à vos infrastructures !Au plaisir et certainement à un de ces jours!
