The property boasts a garden in the heart of an olive grove, offering a Mediterranean atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, you'll be enchanted by the tranquility and beauty of the setting, and by the unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains.
The Holiday cottage is a 5-minute walk from the City center, where you'll find all amenities and a wide range of cultural activities (festivals, farmers' markets, exhibitions and outdoor activities).

The main rooms are on the 1st floor. The light-filled living-dining room features a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player, and a cool dining table with air-conditioning. The veranda offers additional living space where you can relax in any season while admiring the breathtaking panorama. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with ovens, dishwasher, microwave and work surface for concocting tasty meals, assisted by a food processor. The 2 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature 140cm beds with closets and air-conditioning. The shower room is equipped with a washing machine. The toilet is separate.

The covered terrace offers a sheltered space to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather. Equipped with a plancha grill, it's ideal for relaxed meals with family and friends. The garden lounge invites you to share convivial moments over an open-air drink or a game of pétanque.
For sunny days, a bench in the shade of a fig tree and chiliennes are at your disposal.

Pets are welcome, provided they don't run away, as the grounds are not fenced.

Vehicles park in front of the Holiday cottage, linen is included and beds made on arrival.
