Welcome to the Chez Josie gîte, where you can enjoy a quiet and simple stay in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park. This charming stone house, located at the entrance to the secluded hamlet of La Rouveyre, offers a peaceful setting for your vacation. Enjoy the gentle pace of life in the house's enclosed garden, on the main terrace or on the enclosed balcony on the other side of the house.

The gîte, located next to a sheepfold, is laid out on 2 levels. On the ground floor are the living rooms. First, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and flat-screen TV; and an entrance hall with sofa, armchair and table with chairs. The ideal place to prepare the next day's hikes or to play a game of cards. A first bedroom with 160cm bed and shower room with WC are also on this level. Upstairs are two attic bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed.

This is an ideal destination for lovers of nature and wide-open spaces. Numerous hiking and mountain bike trails leave directly from the gîte. In Saint Pierreville, the Musée de la Chataîgne and Musée de la laine et du mouton Ardelaine immerse you in the natural and cultural heritage of the Ardèche. Take advantage of your stay to discover the source of the Loire at Mont Gerbier des Joncs. Lac d'Issarlès and Lac de Saint Martial are a 1-hour drive away. For supplies, there's a grocery store and bakery 4 km away in Albon.
