In the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, this renovated stone house offers a peaceful setting ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Its enclosed courtyard with private garden is perfect for enjoying the sunny days in peace and quiet.

Outside, you'll find a pleasant courtyard where you can share meals and convivial moments thanks to an electric plancha and a bread oven. You can also relax on the deckchairs in the shade of the walnut tree. A small balcony accessible by an outside staircase precedes the entrance to the Holiday cottage. The interior features a practical entrance hall for storing shoes and coats, opening onto a bright living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A separate living room invites you to relax with a reading or TV area. The first floor comprises two bedrooms with double beds, a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a second bathroom with WC. Holiday cottage "Chez Georgeou" is located in a typical hamlet where the owners also live. Vernoux-en-Vivarais is 10 km away, with all the shops, a weekly market, a lake and a swimming pool with slide. The Holiday cottage is also within easy reach of the Dolce Via, 6 km away, and the village of Saint-Michel-de-Chabrillanoux. For your convenience, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided. Cellar available for storing bikes and Hiking equipment.
