In the southern Ardèche, in Balazuc, a beautiful village with character classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France", crossed by the river Ardèche, a former winegrower welcomes you to a Holiday cottage on the ground floor of his house.

The setting is calm, with a beautiful view of the surrounding Countryside.
There's a private, unfenced area shaded by an oak and mulberry tree, ideal for outdoor meals.
You have independent access.
The Holiday cottage comprises a living room/kitchenette with a 1-seater sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a shower room with WC.
Reversible heat pump heating and air-conditioning in summer, baby bed and high chair on request. Shared washing machine in owner's garage next door. Swing set.
Beds made on arrival.

You can walk to the village of Balazuc and discover its exceptional architecture dating back to the Middle Ages, and reach the Ardèche river and its Beach less than a kilometer away.

Other Remarkable sites to visit include the Pont d'Arc, the Ardèche gorges and the Grotte Chauvet 2- Ardèche, the Museums and caves of Orgnac, La Madeleine, Marzal..., the characterful villages of Vogüe, Labeaume, Vinezac...     Agréable Week end

    Propriétaire très symphatique .Très bon accueil
    Localisation proche du village sans les inconvégnients.
    Accès pratique pour visiter le coin .

    Cadre environnemental agréable.

    Appartement bien équipé .Peut-être que un petit coup de peinture rendrait l'appt un peu plus lumineux .

    Logement agréable, calme et fonctionnel.

    Logement très fonctionnel, assez bien équipé et surtout situé dans un cadre calme, verdoyant à proximité de nombreuses activités dans les gorges de l'ardèche. Super accueil de Claude, très sympathique ! Très content de notre toute première location sur "gite de France" !

    Super séjour chez Claude

    Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Claude !
    Claude est accueillant et nous a mis à l'aise.
    Le gîte est bien équipé et proche de pleins d'activités (clim, télé, etc...) on s'y sent bien. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

    Quel bel endroit

    Un gîte simple mais avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, dans un endroit calme donnant sur les vignes, à moins de10 minutes à pied du centre du village de Balazuc.
    Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil sympathique et sa disponibilité.

    Trèsagréable et reposant

    Séjour de deux semaines à Balazuc.
    Le gîte pour deux adultes est vraiment agréable, le réveil du matin face aux vignes et le calme du soir.
    Le propriétaire, Mr TASTEVIN, a toujours des attentions pour ses locataires et vient se renseigner si tout va bien. Il peut même vous aiguiller sur les activités ou lieux à visiter de sa région, tous les sites sont dans un rayon d'une heure maximum.
    De plus, le centre du village n'étant qu'à 15 minutes à pied, peu d'utilisation de la voiture, même pour se baigner dans l'Ardèche...
    Des supers vacances, merci pout tout.

    très bon gîte

    Le gîte est très confortable, bien situé avec une belle vue sur les vignes. Très propre et bien équipé. Merci à Claude pour son bon accueil. Nous avons découvert une région magnifique. Il a fait bien chaud, la climatisation nous a été utile quelques fois. Vacances très réussies
