It benefits from an independent entrance and a 45m² enclosed terrace directly accessible from the kitchen and covered on 1 quarter. Air-conditioned living room with sitting area and small balcony overlooking the Ardèche, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 x 140 beds), 1 bedroom (2 x 90 beds), shower room with large Italian shower, separate toilet, central heating. Reserved carport, ping-pong table. We're on the banks of the river Ardèche, so you can swim (don't forget your water shoes), rent a canoe and fish on site. For cyclists, access to the "voie verte" 1 km away. 15 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the 'Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche' cave restoration site. 1 hour from the Ardèche plateau. Restaurants in Lanas, shops and services in Vogüé 5 minutes away. Supermarkets 10 km away. For stays of 2 to 3 weeks excluding July/August - 10% discount on stay. Only one animal accepted.
