Château de la Selve - Merlot

Housed in a wing of a magnificent 13th-century family château in the heart of the southern Ardèche, the Merlot Holiday cottage will seduce you with its charm and well-kept surroundings. The large 3-hectare park, planted with trees and flowers, is an ideal place to relax under the trees or by the swimming pool, while your Kids will enjoy the wide-open spaces and the river that runs alongside the property.
Ideally located Ideally located just 500 m from the "voie verte" access road, within a 15 km radius you'll find numerous tourist sites, rivers, caves and avens, the Grotte Chauvet2, Museums, character villages such as Balazuc, Labeaume and Vogüé, typical markets and Hiking trails.
On site, we offer a private tour of the winery and a tasting of our biodynamically grown and matured wines.
You can rent the 5 Holiday cottages for a total of 12 people (Holiday cottage on 1st level). The round bedroom in the tower has a ceiling fan and a 140 cm double bed made on arrival. In the living room, you'll find a sitting area with sofa, TV, dining area and open-plan kitchen.

The Holiday cottage is also equipped with everything you need for babies: cot, high chair, children's bathtub.
Outside, in the grounds, you'll find garden furniture, deckchairs, boules and a swing.
Our garage is available for your bicycles.

The Piscine (9 m x 4 m) is open from May to September, weather permitting. It is unheated, has a gradual depth (over 1m80), chlorinated water and is secured by a barrier with a gate.
