Set in a wing of a magnificent 13th-century family château in the heart of the southern Ardèche, the Holiday cottage Grenache will seduce you with its charm and well-kept surroundings. The large 3-hectare park, planted with trees and flowers, is an ideal place to relax in peace and quiet, under the trees or by the Piscine, while your Kids will enjoy the wide-open spaces.
Ideally located Ideally located 500 m from the greenway, within a 15 km radius you'll find numerous tourist sites, rivers, caves and avens, the Grotte Chauvet, Museums, the characterful villages of Balazuc, Labeaume and Vogüé, typical markets and Hiking trails.
On site, a private tour of the winery with tasting of our biodynamically grown and raised wines is offered.
You can rent the 5 Holiday cottages for a total of 12 people (Holiday cottage on 2nd level). In this comfortable, bright Holiday cottage, you'll find a living room with sofa, TV, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen.
The bedroom has a ceiling fan and a 160x200 cm (King-size) double bed made on arrival.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Hairdryer and towels.
Shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The Holiday cottage is also equipped with everything you need for babies: BB bed, high chair, children's bathtub.
Outside, in the park, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, jeu de boules, swing.
Our garage is available for your bicycles.
The Piscine (9 m x 4 m) is open from May to September, weather permitting. Unheated, with gradual depth (over 1m80), chlorinated water, secured by a barrier with gate.

sAw1964 Unendlich viel Endspannung und Erholung
Wir durften fast zwei Wochen den Aufenthalt im Chateau de la Selve genießen.
Das Appartement hat alles, was man zum wohlfühlen brnötigt, das Grundstück ist so weitläufig, dass man einen schönen Spaziergang machen kann und der Pool ist eine Oase der Ruhe und Erfrischung. Die Gastgeberin ist herzlich-reserviert, aber immer am Wohlbefinden der Gäste interessiert. Ein kleiner Weg führt zum Chassesac und wir haben dort auf einer Sandbank die völlige Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit des Flusses genossen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere "Akkus" wieder völlig laden.
Auch am Mittag und Abend unter der riesigen Linde zu sitzen, zu Essen und das gesamte Ambiente zu genießen hat sehr zu unserer Erholung beigetragen.Die Ruhe war exeptionell. Wer noch mehr Ruhe wünscht könnte ein alleinstehendes Haus im Wald buchen. Ich vermute, dass das Chateau selbst so viel ausstrahlt, dass jeder der Gäste die dort herrschende Ruhe automatisch zu seiner eigenen Sache macht.
Vielleicht bis nächstes Jahr - es war wirklich wunderschön.

Armand et Alexandra Séjour agréable à Grospierres
Le site est très beau et très calme, le gîte est fonctionnel avec une belle vue sur le parc, celui-ci est grand et très joli, propice au repos et à la détente. La piscine est très agréable, surtout par forte chaleur. Le gîte est équipé d'un ventilateur de plafond dans la chambre, c'est une très bonne idée, un autre ventilateur de plafond aurait été appréciable dans le séjour car nous avons eu de fortes chaleurs en juin 2025. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire et la personne qui l'assiste.

Je vous remercie d'avoir pris de le temps de laisser votre avis. La chaleur étant de plus en plus récurrente, vos recommandations sont exaucées j'ai fait installer cette semaine des ventilateurs dans les séjours des gîtes.Ils sont très appréciés.

Appartement Grenache, deuxième étage du château,très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Piscine avec bains de soleil et parasols à partager avec les 4 autres gîtes très agréable. Quand nous y sommes allés nous étions seuls.
Draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons éponges fournis.
Ventilateur au plafond dans la chambre utile par grosse chaleur.
Calme total durant toute la semaine de vacances.

Très beau gîte avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un beau séjour. Extrêmement propre !
Le cadre est idyllique, avec des extérieurs agréables.
