Your vacation cottage, with private swimming pool (reserved exclusively for this gîte), set in 800m² of enclosed grounds, is located in the residential area of Les Mazes in the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, 2.5kms from the center, within easy driving distance of shops (restaurants, bars, markets, Pharmacy, supermarket) and 1.6kms from the River Ardèche.

The bright living room features bay windows overlooking the Piscine and garden, with a lounge area, living room and fully-equipped kitchen. On the night side, you'll find a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a second bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. The bathroom has a shower and separate WC.
The fully-covered terrace is ideal for meals and barbecues.
