Less than a two-minute walk from the shopping street, stay in this historic village building. Built in the late 19th century, it has retained many of its original features, which have been beautifully enhanced by a meticulous renovation. As soon as you arrive, you’ll be charmed by the large, enclosed 5,000 m² park (non-electric gate), which is completely flat and offers plenty of fun for all ages: a swing, a ping-pong table, and a badminton net. Deck chairs set on the grass, facing an unobstructed view of Mont Gerbier de Jonc and the Mézenc, invite you to relax. For meals, a furnished patio with a table and a charcoal grill awaits you.

The interior of the house is spacious, elegant, and functional. Beyond the entryway, where you can leave your shoes and jackets, the ground floor (with a few steps between some rooms) features a double living-dining room that opens onto the outdoors, a TV lounge, a bright dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a range. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area with 7 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with a 160-size bed, 2 bedrooms with two 80-size beds, and 1 bedroom with three 80-size beds. Three bathrooms complete the layout (2 with showers and 1 with a bathtub), along with 3 restrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available, as well as an additional shower stall.

A locked shed provides secure storage for your bicycles. The Ardèche is an ideal playground for cyclists, with numerous looped trails and the Dolce Via, a 90-km bike path in the heart of the Eyrieux Valley. Hikers will also enjoy numerous trails for all skill levels. To cool off, Lake Devesset is nearby, and Golf enthusiasts can head to Chambon-sur-Lignon, a 10-minute drive away.

Nestled between the Ardèche Verte and the Haute-Loire, this region invites you to explore—it’s perfect for nature lovers and those who appreciate the great outdoors.
