This magnificent Holiday cottage has been tastefully restored to retain all its original character (exposed stonework, beams, antique furniture) while benefiting from all modern comforts. The result is truly exceptional. In a typical Cévennes hamlet surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. We're just 7 km from Les Vans (where you'll find all the shops and activities), with a courtyard for meals, a sunny terrace and an original swimming pool well integrated into the house (counter-current swimming, whirlpool, LED lighting, solar heating). Inside, you'll find a large dining room with a traditional fireplace, a vast fully-equipped kitchen ideal for preparing tasty meals with friends, and a small living room with TV. At night, you'll find 2 bedrooms on the same level, each with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (160cm). There's a large bathroom with 3 showers and washbasins, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 3 90cm beds, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a dormitory with 4 90cm beds, and a final bedroom with a 140cm bed and its own private bathroom (shower and WC). PISCINE INFO: open all year round (unheated), dimensions 7m x 2m, max depth 1m40, salt treatment, barrier.

Superbe gite plein de charme spacieux ou tout est conçu pour passer un excellent séjour.superbe piscine bien équipée , originale avec sa voûte ou nous avons pû en profiter pleinement..en cette période de canicule.. Alex & flo Lieu magnifique et pratique pour les groupes
Le lieu est tout simplement parfait pour un séjour en groupe. Nous étions Entre famille et amis pour un baptême et le gîte a vraiment toutes les installations nécessaires pour accueillir un groupe de 15 personnes et la praticité pour organiser un évènement sur place. Bravo pour ce gîte très chaleureux par dessus tout ça.
