Just 2 km above Rosières (a small village with all amenities), the Holiday cottage where you'll be staying is surrounded by pines, vines, chestnut and olive trees on the ground floor. Your own private Piscine is at your disposal.
It comprises a large 50m² living room with air-conditioning and 2 leather sofas. Flat-screen TV 100cm, integrated kitchen.
2 bedrooms (1 double bed <Queen size.>, 2 single beds 90cm), shower room and separate WC.
Electric heating in the bedrooms, wood pellet stove and air conditioning in the living room. Enclosed area in front of the Holiday cottage.
The Holiday cottage is reached on foot via a 30-meter-long lane running alongside the house. Access to the estate is via a 500-meter carriage road. You can enjoy a wide range of sporting activities in the immediate vicinity, and easily visit all the major sites in southern Ardèche (Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche and the Ardèche Gorges, La Beaume Gorges, the Bois de Païolive and the Chassezac, the character villages of Balazuc, Vogüé, Labeaume.... Hiking and mountain biking on site. You can go swimming at the La Beaume river along a 1 km path. Baby Equipment available on request. The owner also offers bed and breakfast accommodation.
