Located close to the owners' Salers cow farm, you'll enjoy breathtaking views over the rolling countryside, where nature reigns supreme. Numerous hiking and mountain-biking trails leave directly from the house, offering total immersion in breathtaking panoramas. The nearest City, Privas, is a 20-minute drive away. Aubenas and Vals les Bains are 30 minutes away. Two seasonal restaurants welcome you to enjoy the local flavors.

The Holiday cottage has been carefully converted into a warm and functional interior, in a stone building typical of the region. On the first level, you'll find a convivial living room with an integrated kitchen, a separate sitting room with sofa and TV, and a shower room with shower cubicle and WC. Upstairs, two bedrooms await you: one with a 160x190 cm double bed, the other with two 90x190 cm single beds. The private exterior lets you enjoy the great outdoors, whether relaxing in the sun or dining al fresco in the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Ideally located, Champrevert Grand is the perfect base for exploring the treasures of the Ardèche. Just 30 km away, climb Mont Gerbier de Jonc, birthplace of the Loire, or marvel at the majestic Cascade du Ray Pic. The Saint Martial Lake, 25 km away, promises moments of freshness and relaxation. For culture and heritage enthusiasts, the famous Grotte Chauvet 2 is around 50 km away, and the Ardelaine wool museum in Saint-Pierreville, just 15 km away, will immerse you in local know-how.
