In the heart of the village, the Holiday cottage Chamarelle welcomes you in a large house fitted out on several levels for a stay with friends or family, 100% relaxation. Situated at the start of the Hiking trails, the house is ideal for a sporty family holiday or for total relaxation! The shops are within walking distance. You can also visit the wonders of southern Ardèche just a few kilometers away, via the beautiful Ibie valley. Built on 3 levels facing the mountains, the first floor comprises a street-level entrance leading to a garage for bicycles, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and a beautiful vaulted gaming room with table soccer. Indoor parking with fixed camera surveillance is available for a MAXIMUM of 2 light vehicles. On the 1st floor, you'll enjoy a large, convivial, air-conditioned living room with TV, lounge and open, fully-equipped fitted kitchen. You'll also find 1 air-conditioned master suite with 160cm bed, baby bed and private bathroom (bath and WC), 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds, one of which adjoins a shower room/WC, plus a separate WC. This level leads to a patio overlooking a hanging approval garden with fruit trees, and a large sunny terrace with unobstructed views, ideal for large family meals. This garden is not a play area, and its fragility must be preserved. On the top floor, you'll be delighted by a beautiful air-conditioned space combining reading and resting areas with a games room featuring a pool table and TV. You'll also find 2 adult bedrooms with 160cm beds and a Kids dormitory with 3 90cm beds (including a pull-out bed). A bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet are also available on this level. Beds made on arrival, towels and table linen are provided, so you'll never be bored between the swimming pool, leisure activities and discoveries!
