In the heart of the village, the Chamarelle gîte welcomes you in a large house fitted out on several levels for a 100% relaxing stay with friends or family. Situated at the start of a number of hiking trails, the house is ideal for a sporty family holiday or for total relaxation! You'll enjoy walking distance to the shops. You can also visit the wonders of the southern Ardèche region just a few kilometers away, via the beautiful Ibie valley.
Set on 3 levels facing the mountains, the first floor features a street-level entrance leading to a garage for bicycles, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and a beautiful vaulted games room with table soccer. On the 1st floor, you'll enjoy a large, air-conditioned living room with TV, open-plan kitchen and living room. You'll also find 1 air-conditioned master suite with 160cm bed, crib and private bathroom (bath and WC), 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds, one of which adjoins a shower room/WC, and a separate WC. This level leads to a patio overlooking a hanging ornamental garden with fruit trees, and a large sunny terrace with a breathtaking view, ideal for large family meals. This garden is not a play area, and its fragility must be preserved. On the top floor, you'll be delighted by a beautiful air-conditioned space combining reading and resting areas with a games area featuring a pool table and TV. You'll also find 2 adult bedrooms with 160cm beds and a children's dormitory with 3 90cm beds (including a trundle bed). A bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet are also available on this level. For your comfort, beds are made up on arrival, and towels and table linen are provided.
Between the pool, leisure activities and discoveries, you won't be bored! To respect the neighborhood, we don't accept parties. 1 pet max.
