A vacation home in the heart of nature, with its own private Piscine, where you can get away from it all and recharge your batteries!

This pretty, detached mas is located in the extreme south of the Ardèche department, 2 minutes from the Gard, between the Cèze valley and the Ardèche Gorges, amidst garrigue, lavender and olive trees.
Take advantage of the wide-open spaces all around, and the solarium or covered terraces.

On the ground floor, the Holiday cottage comprises a kitchen/living room, a sitting area, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. There's a bedroom with a 160cm bed and private shower room, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds + 2 90cm bunk beds, a shower room and separate toilet.
Central heating (included in rent) + air conditioning (meter read on arrival).

Pets allowed up to a maximum of one (more than one on request to owner), cleaning charge extra and subject to Holiday cottage rules.

For your convenience, beds made on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.

All major sites are within easy reach: Uzès and the Pont du Gard, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Caverne du Pont d'Arc. An 8 km fitness trail starts from the Holiday cottage. You have private access (minimum 2 people) (subject to availability) to a Wellbeing center on the property, with a Hammam, Jacuzzi, sauna, heated outdoor swimming pool and beauty treatments. It's the perfect place to get away from it all!
