Located at the entrance to the Gorges de l'Ardèche, in the heart of the popular village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, the Casa SISTA villa welcomes you in a natural setting.
This elegant 140 m² villa, furnished and decorated with care, offers top-of-the-range amenities and can accommodate up to 9 people thanks to its four bedrooms and two shower rooms. Facing south, it opens onto a magnificent garden planted with olive trees, lavender, sage and rose bushes, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for family vacations in a warm and refined atmosphere.

You'll enjoy a swimming pool heated to 28°/29° from April to the end of October, a relaxation area with deckchairs, and the river Ardèche and its Beaches just a few minutes away on foot.

From the entrance, a large, bright living room opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen, designed for sharing convivial moments, with high-quality crockery and all you need for cooking. The dining room has a large table and comfortable armchairs, while the living room invites you to relax with a large sofa, poufs and a connected TV. Laundry facilities include a washer-dryer, table-top freezer, vacuum cleaner and additional fridge, plus everything your Kids need: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, plenty of unbreakable crockery.

The 4 bedrooms are all equipped with Emma's top-of-the-range bedding, including soft comforters, comfortable pillows, linen sheets and high-quality bathroom linen and towels provided. The first bedroom has a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, as well as a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two 90cm beds. The third bedroom has a 160cm bed, and the fourth has two 90cm beds. All bedrooms have dressing rooms, and a second bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and separate WC.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a large bay window opening onto a terrace shaded by an electric pergola with LED lighting. You'll find a large table, armchairs and a gas plancha for outdoor meals, as well as garden furniture by the Piscine, ideal for relaxing, reading or enjoying the mild evenings.
A petanque court is also at your disposal. Access to the property is via an electric gate, and there are several parking spaces. Pets are accepted at an additional cost. The villa is ideally located 1km from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, within walking distance, where you'll find numerous restaurants, shops and services, as well as the local Thursday morning market. During the summer season, the village offers a wide range of events, including night markets, concerts and shows. The surrounding area also offers many amenities and activities, with supermarkets nearby and a Cinema in Ruoms. The single-storey villa is ideal for family stays in a quiet residential area 1km from the center of City.
