Anny and Alain welcome you just a stone's throw from the Gorges de l'Ardèche, in an exceptionally beautiful wooded setting that guarantees absolute peace and quiet. You'll appreciate how well our Holiday cottages have been integrated into this oak woodland, where everything has been done to ensure that each cottage has its own privacy and its own terrace. There is little or no vis à vis between each Holiday cottage. All our Holiday cottages are on one level, with parking available next to each cottage. Large communal heated Piscine* available from Easter to the end of September. Holiday cottage Capucine: Living room with integrated kitchenette, sitting area (2 3-person sofas), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), shower room and WC, electric heating. We're 15km from Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche and 5km from Aven d'Orgnac, classified as a Grand Site de France. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Shared coin-operated washing machine (chargeable).
*Piscine heated/ shared/ available from Easter to the end of September, weather permitting/100m²/ 1m10 to 1m60 deep/ 2 diatomaceous earth filters/ 1m60 wall + gate.

5/5Absolument génial ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et gentils. Tout est très bien pensé, que se soit dans le logement ou tous les aménagements extérieurs. J'ai rarement vu un logement de vacances aussi propre à notre arrivée ! Un grand merci ! Je recommande à 100%.

Des vacances paisibles dans un très beau cadre
5/5Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Le gîte est situé dans 1 endroit calme et très beau. Le logement est simple mais suffisamment équipé. Tout est très bien entretenu. La piscine est spacieuse et très propre. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais très bienveillants. Ils interviennent très rapidement en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

Superbe séjour
5/5Je recommande ce gite car il est confortable, il y a tout le matériel nécessaire dans le gite. Les propriétaires sont gentils.
Ce gite est éloigné de de la ville donc très silencieux.

Un séjour au top
4/5Séjour au top! Lieu très agréable au calme.
La maison est parfaite pour les vacances, spacieuse avec jardin sans vis à vis. Il y a Tout ce qu'il faut. La piscine est superbe, les airs de jeux impeccables avec tout à disposition sans payer de supplément.Seul bémol le lit 2 personnes, matelas pas très epais.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
