This detached house is ideal for families and friends to get together for a week or more.
It is located in Gravières, 7 km from the commune of Les Vans, close to all shops and activities (Hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming, accrobranches, ....). Set off directly from the Holiday cottage on beautiful Hiking trails in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park, such as the Sentier du Bastitou.

If you don't have time to discover everything in one week, book two consecutive weeks and benefit from a 15% discount on the second week.

The Holiday cottage is on the first floor of this family home (the first floor is unoccupied). From the half-covered terrace, you'll enjoy a sublime view of the Cévennes and enjoy meals outside.
Inside, you'll find a fully renovated kitchen, a living room with access to the terrace, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and two bedrooms with 140cm beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the heart of nature, but comfortable thanks to mosquito nets in the bedrooms and living room.
Outside, 2000m² of grounds await you, with a swing, a trampoline and an enclosed, secure area for your bike.
