2 km from the village of Saint Victor, on a wooded plot of land, in the heart of a gîte village, we offer you our independent gîte on 2 levels.

Access to the gîte is via a few steps. It comprises a living room with sitting area, fireplace (wood provided free of charge) and TV, a separate open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bedroom with two 90cm beds, a mezzanine with a 140cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Heating is electric. Enjoy the terrace and private shaded garden with barbecue.

On-site access to the municipal swimming pool and tennis courts (fee payable). Hiking trails start from the gîte. At 25 km, you can enjoy the Vélorail or the Train de l'Ardèche (steam train) on an old railroad line in a picturesque setting. A change of scenery is guaranteed at the Safari Parc 20 km away, and for gourmets, there's the Valrhona chocolate factory in Tain l'Hermitage (25 km).
