With a beautiful view over the Grozon valley, 5 minutes from Lamastre, in the Ardèche Verte region, you'll love the "Bellevue" Holiday cottage, a small, comfortable 2-person gîte. Swimming in the river, all activities and shops in Lamastre. You can walk or cycle along the Dolce Via, or discover villages with character such as Boucieu le Roi (vélo rail) about 15 km away, or Desaignes about 11 km. You can also take the "Le Mastrou" tourist train about 4 km away in Lamastre. In the quiet hamlet of Valoan (5 minutes from Lamastre), the Holiday cottage "Bellevue" is a bright, comfortable ground-floor cottage. It comprises a living room with integrated kitchenette and sitting area, a bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom (double washbasin) and separate toilet. Central heating. The Holiday cottage also has a non-adjoining garden (separated by the small road from the hamlet, approx. 2/3 m away) with an arbour. A baby bed can be provided on request. Another Holiday cottage for 6 people is adjoining in the hamlet. The owner's Piscine* is 5 km away and is shared by all 3 Holiday cottages and the owner. A shared Piscine annex with table soccer, TV, walk-in shower and toilet is also available. Bed linen provided free of charge at weekends only. Bike/motorcycle garage shared by the 2 Holiday cottages.
