In the quiet hamlet of Valoan, just five minutes from Lamastre, Holiday cottage Bellevue invites you to take a gentle break in the heart of Ardèche Verte. With its superb views over the Grozon valley and peaceful surroundings, it's the ideal place for two to relax and enjoy nature.

Inside, the single-storey Holiday cottage is bright and comfortable. It comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette and sitting area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room with two basins and separate toilet. Central heating ensures pleasant comfort in all seasons. A baby bed is available on request.

Outside, there is a private, enclosed plot of land on the other side of the hamlet's small road, two or three meters from the dwelling, with an arbour for alfresco dining.
Parking is easy in the hamlet. There is another Holiday cottage, "La Fontaine", in the same building.

Just 5km from the Holiday cottage, there's a shared swimming pool with the other gîte and the owners, as well as a convivial annex with table soccer, walk-in shower and toilet.

There's plenty to do in the surrounding area. In Lamastre, you can take a dip in the river, stroll through the Market or sample local specialties in the town's restaurants. Walking enthusiasts will love the Dolce Via, ideal for walking or cycling, while the curious can explore the surrounding villages of character such as Desaignes, eleven kilometers away, or Boucieu-le-Roi, some fifteen kilometers away, famous for its velo-rail. And don't miss the famous "Le Mastrou" tourist train, which will take you from Lamastre to Tournon-sur-Rhône for a charming getaway.

A shared garage is available for bikes and motorcycles.
