In the heart of the Cévennes, 12 km from Joyeuse (a pretty medieval town with a lovely Wednesday market), the hamlet of Le Besset is surrounded by chestnut trees. The site lends itself perfectly to hiking (numerous paths start from the gîte). The peace and tranquility of this place will be an integral part of your stay. You can easily go river-bathing on the Beaume and Drobie rivers, 12 km away. Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Ardèche gorges are 45 minutes away. Many caves and picturesque villages to visit. Gîte in lauze (local stone) with two terraces shaded by lime trees and a small garden with lovely views over the surrounding valleys, comprising a living room/kitchenette, 2-seater sofa bed, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), mezzanine, shower room, WC. Central heating by the owners' pellet-fired boiler.

confort, calme, très fonctionnel
5/5Gîte très fonctionnel, propre, AUCUNS problèmes, tout fonctionne, les écoulements... tout est parfait!
Lieux calmes, personnes avenantes.
Ne pas se fier au GPS pour l'arrivée, ne pas prendre de chemin en terre!

Une visite de gîte de France est a programmer pas mal de choses me semble a revoir.
