You'll be staying in the residential area of Les Mazes in the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, 2.5km from the City center and just a short drive from the shops (restaurants, bars, markets, pharmacy and supermarket) and 1.6km from the River Ardèche.
This beautiful single-storey house with its private Piscine* (reserved exclusively for this Bungalow) and its garden will enable you to enjoy the view of the Sampzon rock.

For your comfort, this 4-person Holiday cottage is air-conditioned and features a bright living room with bay windows overlooking the Piscine. You'll enjoy a living-dining area and an integrated kitchen equipped with a washing machine. On the night side, you'll find a bedroom with a 140cm bed and wardrobe, and a second bedroom with 2 90cm beds and closet. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The 28m² covered terrace is ideal for meals and barbecues. The chlorine-treated swimming pool is secured by gates and a safety gate. Private parking space in front of the property. Bed linen and towels available for hire.
