Baradon

This stone house is located on the Coiron plateau, in Rochessauve. It has been entirely restored by its owners, Annie and Jean-Claude, over several years. Today, the Baradon gîte opens its doors to you! The contemporary interior features 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and toilets. The view from the living room and terrace is breathtaking: 360° of the Massif du Coiron. A true haven of peace where calm and nature resonate. Adjoining private grounds of approx. 500 m2. The owners live next door, but there are no neighbours. Their farm is also nearby. On the first floor, the gîte features a large, light-filled living room with a fully-equipped fitted kitchen for your meals, and a lounge area with sofas, armchairs and TV for relaxing. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms (3 x 160cm beds and 4 x 80cm modular beds), all with private shower room and toilet. Linen and towels included. There's a large terrace where you can relax or enjoy a meal, overlooking the landscape with its endless pastures and fresh air! During your stay, don't forget to discover Privas, famous for its marrons glacés, a little further on the Ardèche Gorges with its famous Pont d'Arc, the Unesco-listed Chauvet2-Ardèche cave, and closer to home, the villages of Coux and St Vincent-de-Barrès, and the troglodytic caves of Montbrun and Jaubernie. And don't forget to visit the local markets to sample the specialities of the Ardèche!
