Between old stones and charm of yesteryear, this Holiday cottage fitted out in part of an old family farmhouse opens its doors to you for simple, warm and rejuvenating vacations.

Situated just a few minutes from Les Vans, in the heart of a small hamlet between the main road and the Chassezac river, it's the perfect place to switch off, relax and enjoy the pleasures of life in the great outdoors. Just a stone's throw from this Ardèche village with its shops, restaurants and Saturday morning Market.

Accessed via an external stone staircase, the Holiday cottage occupies the entire first floor of the mas and can accommodate up to 8 people.
From the moment you enter, you're immersed in a typically Ardéchois atmosphere:
- Large air-conditioned living room with preserved cachet: old flagstones on the floor, exposed beams, thick walls, furniture and Countryside atmosphere of yesteryear.
- Renovated, functional kitchen for shared meals
- 4 bedrooms: 3 single rooms with 140cm beds and a small windowless room with a 140cm bed. Beds made on arrival and towels provided.
- 2 bathrooms with shower, separate WC.

The Mas features a south-west-facing terrace with unobstructed views over the Chassezac valley, the Serre de Barre and the foothills of the Cévennes.

Enjoy a private, fenced-in outdoor space, where life is good.
Enjoy a meal under the shady arbour, while Kids love the portico and others can relax around the natural pool.
This pool, fed by slightly chlorine-treated spring water and heated ecologically by 3 solar panels, welcomes you for a relaxing break away from conventional swimming pools.

The vaulted cellars on the first floor, cool even in midsummer, await you for a game of table tennis or Kids' billiards.
