Situated 50 meters from a swimming area, come and relax in this independent, comfortable, single-storey Holiday cottage in a hamlet of VALS LES BAINS, a spa town.
The Holiday cottage has a surface area of 120 m2. It features a dining room with a lounge area, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds. A large bedroom with 2 90 cm beds that can be converted into 1 180 cm bed AND 2 additional bunk beds for Kids. Bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
A veranda, fully equipped as a sitting area, is ideal for relaxing, reading or playing board games.
The house offers 2 terraces, one at the front of the house overlooking the beautifully wooded garden, the 2nd at the rear with a boules area.
You'll enjoy the lovely, flower-filled, shady garden (1000 m² of flat, enclosed land). Parking is available on the property.
The river Ardèche, just below the Holiday cottage, is a safe place to swim (lifeguard on duty in high season). A 10-minute walk takes you to the Beach with its large leisure park.
The village of LALEVADE D'ARDECHE, 300 m away, offers all sales agents: Intermarché, Pharmacy...
The proximity of the VALS LES BAINS spa gives you access to the THERMAL BATHS: spa and wellbeing treatments (massages, Hammam, heated pool, Jacuzzi) as well as all the infrastructure of a spa city (Casino, swimming pool, cultural activities). A 3-week stay in our Holiday cottage for a THERMAL CURE in VALS LES BAINS or NEYRAC LES BAINS is available from €1,050 to €1,180 (excluding July and August).
