Just 5 minutes from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, 10 minutes from the Chauvet 2 Cave, and 800 m from the river (Swimming in the Ardèche), this charming detached house features its own enclosed property and its own private, secure Piscine.

Everything has been designed to ensure that everyone feels at home in a peaceful and private setting surrounded by greenery. Enjoy views of the Mountains and the Sampzon Rock from your villa.

Villa Nico, with its private Piscine, welcomes you with two terraces—one covered and one partially shaded.

A parking area and enclosed grounds provide the perfect setting for a peaceful vacation. Laundry room with a washing machine.

The living area is bright and opens onto both terraces. It features a living space with an open, fully equipped kitchen—just like at home—and a cozy, inviting lounge area overlooking the Piscine. This room will stay comfortable on hot days thanks to the air conditioning (to be used responsibly and sparingly). The sleeping area features one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second with two 90 cm beds. Finally, the bathroom includes a walk-in shower and two sinks, and the toilet is separate.

To avoid traveling with too much luggage: bed linens and towels are available for rent.
Baby bed and high chair available upon request. For your comfort, this is a smoke-free holiday cottage.

The highlight: the private Piscine at your villa lets you swim and relax in the shade of its thatched-roof umbrella. Your own pétanque court will keep you entertained in the evenings.

The Ardèche Gorges, 5 km away, and the Chauvet Cave, 2 to 6 km away, offer stunning scenery. A canoe launch site nearby lets you escape on a trip down the Ardèche River. Shops are 800 m away, and the town center of Vallon-Pont-d’Arc is 3 km away—also accessible on foot or by bike via the greenway.
