Each villa has its own privacy, and everything is designed to make you feel at home in the peace and quiet of your own private garden. A view of the mountains and the Sampzon rock from your villa.
Villa Nico welcomes you with its private Piscine and 2 terraces, one covered and one semi-shaded.

The bright living room opens onto the two terraces. It includes a living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, just like at home, and a cosy lounge area overlooking the Piscine. This room will be comfortable on hot days thanks to the air-conditioning (with respectful and reasoned use). On the night side, there's a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Finally, the bathroom has a walk-in shower and 2 basins, and a separate WC.
If you don't want to travel too heavy, you can rent sheets and towels.
Baby bed, high chair and bathtub available.
The big plus: your villa's private Piscine lets you swim and lounge in the shade of its parasol straw hut. Your own boules pitch will keep you entertained in the evenings.
The Gorges de l'Ardèche, 5 km away, and the Grotte Chauvet 2, 6 km away, will introduce you to some splendid scenery. There's also a canoe departure point nearby where you can take a trip down the Ardèche. Grocery shops 800 m away and Vallon Pont d'Arc City center 3 km away, also accessible on foot or by bike via the "voie verte".
