Au Coin de l'Aven

If you love the Ardèche countryside and want to discover all the cultural and gastronomic wonders of the southern Ardèche, the Au coin de l'Aven gîte will be your next port of call!

It's ideally located, at the entrance to the pretty village of Orgnac, where you'll find shops and restaurants within walking distance. There's nothing better than putting your car down and enjoying yourself. And it's just 5 minutes from the famous 'L'Aven Orgnac' cave, classified as a Grand Site de France, which will take your breath away.
You're in the far south of the département, just a stone's throw from the Gard, between the Ardèche Gorges and the Cèze Valley. Here, the sun is generous, the cicadas sing, and the air is truly holiday-like.

The gîte is on the 1st floor, accessible by outside stairs, with a garage on the ground floor.
There's a large, pleasant terrace in summer, part of which is covered, perfect for all seasons, and a fully enclosed, flat plot of land, perfect for children.
Inside, you'll find an independent, well-equipped kitchen, a living room with sitting area and a laundry room. Two bedrooms are available, with two 140cm beds and one 90cm bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and bathtub, and there is a separate WC.
Central heating included.

For your comfort, the owner makes the beds on arrival, and towels can be rented.
