Nestled in a small hamlet in the heart of nature, this comfortable, plush Holiday cottage is lulled to sleep by the lapping of the fountain with its refreshing drinking water! The spa town of St Laurent les Bains is just 5 km away, via a small country road.
For stays of 3 consecutive weeks - 10% off the rental price. Arrival by train at La Bastide-Puylaurent, a village 20 minutes away.
In the heart of the unspoilt landscapes of the Parc des Monts d'Ardèche in the mountains, it's a peaceful place, ideal for slowing down and taking it easy. Lovers of hiking, mountain biking, nature sports and beautiful rivers will be able to explore a variety of unspoilt places along the paths and trails starting from the Holiday cottage.
The owners live next door, and Marie and Laurent will welcome you on arrival.
The Holiday cottage comprises :
- 1 living room with sitting area and fitted kitchen.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a low mezzanine with 2 single beds (adjustable), with access via a Japanese staircase (not recommended for toddlers or PRM).
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
- 1 private terrace and access to a garden area.
- Parking at Holiday cottage entrance on hamlet square. Secure shared bicycle shed.
- Beds made on arrival, linen provided (spare linen available).
- Heating: underfloor.
- Electricity surcharge (over 8Kw/day): readings taken on arrival and departure.
- End-of-stay cleaning option: €70

En tant que curiste j'aspirais à un repos bienvenu. J'ai du supporter les aboiements de chien et les cris continus provenant des occupants du gîte mitoyen pendant la première semaine. Pas de chauffage durant la dernière semaine (période de goutte froide) car pas de chaudière.Observations négatives de la propriétaire (factures électriques élevées) concernant l'utilisation du radiateur de la salle de bain pour prendre la douche ainsi que pour l'utilisation du lave-linge.

Gîte très propre, très bien équipé et confortable. Le paysage est très beau! ! Un excellent séjour pour une cure à Saint Laurent les bains, très bon accueil, je recommande.

Logement vraiment agréable, fonctionnel et très propre avec une terrasse bien pratique. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires attentifs à notre bien-être. On se sent bien dans ce gîte.

Max Chouette !
C'était un séjour des plus agréables, un appartement confortable dans l'environnement plaisant et calme d'un hameau en montagne : beaux paysages et belles balades.
Des propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles, qui prennent plaisir à chouchouter leur gite. Linge à disposition et grand lit prêts à l'arrivée, que demander de plus ?
