This little "Au bord de l'Eau" cocoon, ideal for a couple or a small family, is set on the garden level of an old, fully renovated stone building.
Located on the picturesque route des Défilés, all you have to do to arrive is descend a few stone steps and fall under the spell.

A dreamy exterior:
As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the vast terrace with garden furniture and relaxation area, perfect for breakfasts facing the river or long summer evenings under the stars. Just below, you have access to a private garden with barbecue.

The real treasure is the direct access to the Holiday cottage's private Beach, with a breathtaking view of the bridge over the Brasseries de Ruoms. Here, there's no need to take the car for a refreshing swim or adventure: just hop on your paddle or canoe and set off on the Ardèche! Fishing enthusiasts, all you have to do is get out your rods!

A modern, comfortable interior:
Inside, the Holiday cottage's decor is soft and contemporary, with stone walls and contemporary touches. The living area comprises a lounge with TV and sofa bed, a sitting room and an integrated kitchen. The bedroom features a 140cm bed and a comfortable 80x190cm chaise longue, perfect for an extra bed for a child or adult. Modern bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Beds made on arrival and towels provided.

Just a short walk or drive away, you can explore : Labeaume, a sublime village full of character; Ruoms, its Market and shops; the Ardèche Gorges, the famous Grotte Chauvet 2, the villages of Balazuc and Vogüé ranked among the most beautiful in France; and of course, a multitude of activities.
