A haven of peace perched high above Aubenas

The location is ideal for visiting the Ardèche region. You can't miss the gorges de l'Ardèche, Vallon Pont d'Arc and its imposing natural arch, the many caves (Aven d'Orgnac, St Marcel...) and the famous Grotte Chauvet-2-Ardèche reconstruction. The charming villages of Antraïgues, Vogué, Balazuc and Labaume, with their narrow streets, farmers' markets and restaurants, offer a wide range of leisure activities, including swimming, canoeing, via ferrata, and hiking and biking.
For nature lovers, the Ardèche plateau with Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Mont Mézenc and Lake Issarles.... The Holiday cottage is 12km from Aubenas, a welcoming city with all amenities, supermarkets, city center shops, numerous restaurants and terrace bars.
The Thermal baths of Vals les Bains are around 10 minutes away by car. The house combines the charm of stone with modern comforts. It is semi-detached from the owners' vacation home, each with its own entrance, and is not overlooked. Situated at an altitude of 600m in a small hamlet in the heart of nature, the environment is peaceful. The accommodation is on several levels, with stairs (not suitable for PRMs). It has air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped (fireplace not working). From the living room (TV, wifi internet connection), you have access to the mezzanine bedroom (1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed), to the laundry room on the lower level, and to the 2nd bedroom and bathroom with toilet on level -1, accessible by stairs from the living room/kitchen. This 2nd bedroom has a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Outside, there's a large terrace with garden table and gas plancha, and an enclosed courtyard for parking bicycles. Private parking near the Holiday cottage.
