Close to the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, come and discover this pretty detached house with private swimming pool and covered terrace. The gîte is set in a peaceful, unoverlooked estate of around 8000m², with several villas. It's the ideal location for exploring the beautiful Ardèche countryside and visiting the wonders of the surrounding area.
Swimming in the Ardèche 800m from the Holiday cottage, canoeing down the mythical Ardèche Gorges, hiking or mountain biking along the paths leading to the top of the Rocher de Sampzon: breathtaking views guaranteed! As for heritage, there are some magnificent villages to add to your program: Labeaume, Balazuc or Vogüé. Back at the Holiday cottage, you'll be able to relax on a deckchair outside, overlooking the plain and the Sampzon rock. The covered terrace is perfect for meals in all weathers. Inside, modernity and comfort await you: a pleasant living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bright living room with bay windows. There are 2 bedrooms with one 160cm bed and 2 90cm beds, a shower room with Italian shower and a separate WC. For your comfort on hot days, the living room and bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning. Baby bed.
