The Holiday cottage brings serenity: spacious, bright, air-conditioned living room with built-in kitchen and dining area, sitting area with sofa bed and TV.
One bedroom (bed 160x200) separated from the shower room by a glass roof with sliding door. The shower room has a large walk-in shower with double entry.
The washing machine is shared with the owners. It is accessible from the laundry room at the back of the owners' house.
Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage.

Numerous leisure activities: river swimming, horse riding, canoeing, climbing, mountain biking, hiking.... Caving is also a possibility!
Don't miss out on visits to emblematic sites such as the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc and the Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche.....
And don't forget the authentic local markets, such as Payzac in summer or Les Vans a few miles away.

Piscine info: size 7x 3.50 m - depth 1.20 m - open from mid-May to end of September, weather permitting - heated - salt water treatment - secured by roller shutter.
The Piscine is open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (closed to guests during these hours).
