The Holiday cottage brings serenity: spacious, bright, air-conditioned living room with fitted kitchen and dining area, sitting area with sofa bed (160x200), TV, bedroom (160x200 bed) separated from the shower room by a glass roof with sliding door. The shower room has a large walk-in shower with double doors, and the washing machine is shared with the owners. Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage. Numerous leisure activities: Swimming in the rivers, horse riding, canoeing, climbing, mountain biking, hiking.... Caving is also a possibility! Don't miss out on visits to emblematic sites such as the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc and the Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche..... Not forgetting, for those with a sweet tooth, authentic local markets such as the one in Payzac in summer, or the one in Les Vans just a few kilometers away.

Swimming pool info: 7x 3.50 m - 1.20 m deep - accessible from mid-May to end-September, weather permitting - heated - salt water treatment - secured by a roller shutter. The pool is open from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm (private for tenants during these hours).
