About 1.5kms from the village of St Sylvestre, come and enjoy this completely renovated Holiday cottage on the farm for 4 people.
You'll have plenty of space to explore the many hiking and mountain-biking trails. Swimming and trout fishing are less than a kilometer away, in the Duzon river. The mythical "VéloRail des Gorges du Doux" will seduce you, as will the characterful village of Boucieu le Roi nearby. Not far from the Rhone Valley, you'll discover magnificent landscapes and all the local shops and services in Alboussiere, 7 km away.

The farmhouse includes 2 fully renovated Holiday cottages.
The "Abondance" gîte, adjoining the second gîte and close to the owners' house, has two private terraces, one of which is covered, where you can enjoy your breakfast or barbecue.
The second Holiday cottage is not overlooked. A small cellar is available for storing bikes and other Hiking equipment.
Inside, you'll find a living room with an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, and a sitting room with TV and sofa bed (bed linen and towels for 2 extra people not included). The 1st bedroom, on the first floor, has 2 90cm beds and storage space. There's also a bathroom with bath and WC. The second bedroom, on the first floor, is equipped with a 160cm bed and armchairs.

It has access to a small terrace ideal for reading in the sun and relaxing.

Bed linen and towels are provided for 4 people.
Pets allowed, with respect for the environment and the animals on the farm. Electric heating included.
