This detached house, set in a magnificent wooded, fully-enclosed park in the very heart of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, will be your next favorite vacation spot!
Ideally located just a few minutes from the famous Pont d'Arc and the canoeing routes on the Ardèche gorges, this rental is perfect for active, cultural or simply relaxing vacations.
You'll enjoy a peaceful setting, yet be within easy walking distance of the village center: shops and summer entertainment are within easy reach.
The house, built in the 90s, has been designed for comfort and conviviality.
The real highlight is the garden!
Two terraces on either side of the house, so you can enjoy the garden with its trees and flowers, or your leisure activities. A beautiful private Piscine and a pétanque court promise long, convivial afternoons in the Ardèche sunshine.
The house opens onto a beautiful living room, featuring a cosy lounge with fireplace. The separate, fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family.
Also on the first floor, a 1st bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, 3 additional bedrooms, including one with an attic, await you. These are equipped with 160 cm beds. A second bathroom, with shower and bath, and a second separate toilet complete this floor.
Beds made on arrival and towels provided.
All bedrooms, including the main room, are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Electric vehicles can be charged, and breakfast is available at an additional cost at the owners' hotel next door.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. La disposition du gîte avec ses deux salles de bain est un atout lorsqu'on est deux couples. La cuisine est bien équipée. L'extérieur est grand: piscine, terrasse, terrain de pétanque...

Ça nous fait vraiment plaisir aussi de savoir que vous avez pu grandement profiter des extérieurs : piscine, terrasse, pétanque… tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments en famille.

Alababbi Very pleasant Gite
We enjoyed our four night stay in this very comfortable cottage. The highlights were a very well-equipped kitchen, the great air-conditioning, the swimming pool, and the private setting. The one thing to be aware of is the speed of the WiFi, which is quite adequate for casual use, but might not be ideal if you want to work remotely with teleconferencing, etc. Value for the money was very good and we definitely recommend it for a relaxing vacation.

Djbarry Lovely property with pool
A lovely gîte 20 mins walk from the town centre and short drives to the main tourist destinations in the area. A personal welcome by the owner was appreciated, even at 9pm after our journey from Calais. The property is well equipped, clean and comfortable with a lovely pool and views over the neighbouring vineyards. Highly recommend!
