This modern, comfortable, and detached villa can accommodate up to 6 people in Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the village center and close to shops.

It’s the ideal location for exploring the area and enjoying a wide range of sports and cultural activities.
On the agenda: a visit to the Chauvet Cave reconstruction (10 minutes from the holiday cottage), a canoe trip down the Ardèche Gorges (fun times guaranteed), Hiking overlooking the breathtaking panorama of the Gorges, and strolls through the charming, authentic villages of Balazuc or Labeaume. To treat your taste buds, take a walk to the summer Market and sample delicious local products.

At the holiday cottage, you can enjoy moments of rest and relaxation by the pool or in the fully enclosed garden, perfect for letting the kids play freely.
Two terraces are available, allowing you to enjoy time outdoors thanks to their different orientations: the first is covered and faces south, while the other is uncovered and faces north.
Inside, you’ll find modern comforts in the beautiful living area, equipped with reversible air conditioning. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are fully equipped, just like at home.
For sleeping arrangements, there are 3 bedrooms (one with a 160-cm bed, one with a 140-cm bed, and two with 90-cm beds). There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

For your convenience, bed linen is provided upon arrival, and bath towels are available for rent.
Accessible to guests with limited mobility via an adapted outdoor path.
