Overlooking a small cul-de-sac square, in the heart of a village of 500 inhabitants, this Holiday cottage lets you benefit from the advantages of the Countryside and direct access to local shops and activities. Two private courtyards let you enjoy the outdoors, one overlooking the small square with its charming arbour, the second enclosed on the garden level at the rear. You can also take advantage of the large balcony overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the shared courtyard (maximum 2 vehicles), as well as on the church square opposite.
Set over 3 levels, the Plagnole house offers a harmonious blend of antique and modern furnishings. From the front courtyard, you enter through a beautiful main entrance on the first floor, which leads to a bedroom, living room and large fitted kitchen, bathroom and shower room, as well as access to the 2 upper floors, laundry room and storage room (including 2-wheel garage). The kitchen and living room are bordered by a covered terrace giving access to the garden level.
The second floor comprises 2 bedrooms, including a family room, a large gaming room with billiard table and a bathroom with toilet.
