This spacious Holiday cottage combines old-world charm with modern comforts, allowing you to enjoy the Bourbonnais bocage with a view of the Charolais herds.
Ground floor: spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, activity room, shower room (shower/WC), Spa, bedroom 1 (1 double bed), shower room (private shower/WC).
Upstairs bedroom 2 (1 double bed, 1 single bed 110. Bedroom 3 (2 twin beds 80). Bedroom 4 : (1 bed 120 and 1 bed 1 pers). Bedroom 5 (2 twin beds 80cm, 1 single bed).
Bathroom (bath) and shower room; 2 separate WCs. The mezzanine/study will provide additional relaxation space.
Electric heating by heat pump and cooling system in summer. Enclosed wooded area of 3000m² with bowling green and 9-hole mini Golf course; terrace with pergola.
Possibility of a second Holiday cottage for 8 people.
10% discount on weekends outside school vacations, Easter, Ascension and Pentecost.
Holiday cottage benefits: Bed linen and towels provided - End-of-stay cleaning included - Tea towels provided. Photovoltaic panels reduce electricity bills.
Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.

Parfait !!
5/5Séjour incroyable entouré de la famille et des amis. C'est un lieu parfait pour réunir du monde dans un endroit neutre en pleine nature. Nous avons loué les deux maisons car nous étions 17 adultes et il y avait encore de la place. On a pu profité des installations comme le jacuzzi, le mini golf et le terrain de pétanque. Les seuls voisins et voisines sont les animaux dans les prés derrières les maison, qui on pu profiter de quelques notes de musique et quelques chants. Enfin bref, pour résumer "parfait", avec des souvenirs magnifiques pleins la tête pour tout le monde. Merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont réservé le meilleur des accueils par leur gentillesse.
