Upstairs bedroom 2 (1 double bed, 1 single bed 110. Bedroom 3 (2 twin beds 80). Bedroom 4 : (1 bed 120 and 1 bed 1 pers). Bedroom 5 (2 twin beds 80cm, 1 single bed).
Bathroom (bath) and shower room; 2 separate WCs. The mezzanine/study will provide additional relaxation space.
Electric heating by heat pump and cooling system in summer. Enclosed wooded area of 3000m² with bowling green and 9-hole mini Golf course; terrace with pergola.

Possibility of a second Holiday cottage for 8 people.
