Located in Archignat, in the Allier department, this holiday cottage is set in a typical agricultural landscape of the Bourbonnais bocage, at the confluence of the Allier, Cher, and Creuse rivers. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the Chemin des Maîtres Sonneurs, a trail connecting the Allier, Creuse, and Indre departments. The natural swimming area at Herculat, in Treignat, is 10.4 km away. The MuPop, dedicated to folk music, is 18 km away, as is the historic center of Montluçon, a lively medieval city!

This characterful home combines the charm of traditional materials with modern comforts. The holiday cottage has four bedrooms, including a dormitory, and can accommodate up to 10 people. Two additional sleeping spaces can be set up in the upstairs living room (for an extra fee). The living spaces are ideal for stays with family, friends, or for business trips. Outside, everyone can enjoy the covered terrace, the garden, the pétanque court, and the Nordic hot tub to share convivial moments. A secure storage area is available for cyclists.
Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy a 1.6-hectare private pond, located just a short walk from the holiday cottage. Home to a variety of fish (pike, carp, tench, fry, etc.), it offers a peaceful and natural setting, ideal for lovers of fishing and the great outdoors. Guests at the holiday cottage have exclusive access to the pond, which is also open, at certain times, to other people authorized by the owner.

Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room, bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, three double bedrooms, shower room (shower/toilet), laundry room with outdoor access to the hot tub and the pétanque court.
