In a small village, this detached former Bourbonnais farmhouse has been entirely renovated in harmony with authenticity (exposed beams and stonework) and contemporary style.
Ground floor: living room, kitchenette, pellet stove, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room, private wc.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room (private wc), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200), bathroom (bath), separate wc, 1 games room (1 bed 80x180). Electric heating. WIFI. Courtyard patio with private walled above-ground swimming pool (5 x 5 x 5, 1 m 50 deep). Pool protected by fencing/gates.
Small enclosed private green space at the rear of the house with terrace overlooking the hills. At the front of the house, a large communal area (lawn and gravel) with carport and games room with table tennis and table soccer. Festival Les Cultures du Monde de Gannat in July and August
BED & BREAKFAST MUST HAVE: Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, household linen and towels included.

5/5un gite complètement conforme à la description, et meme mieux. Rien ne manque, un calme et une vue reposants, très bien situé pour visiter les environs. L'accueil de Sophie est juste parfait, nous reviendrons volontiers et recommandons les yeux fermés.
