This wooden structure on stilts, with its minimalist style and light wood tones, offers a pleasant setting for a stay with family or friends. You can also enjoy on-site recreational facilities as well as various services offered by the owners.

Verneix is located near Montluçon, a city known for its medieval heritage, notably the Castle of the Dukes of Bourbon and the old town. The area also offers the chance to explore the landscapes of the Bourbonnais countryside and enjoy numerous outdoor activities. Hérisson, a charming small town with its ancient alleyways and the ruins of its medieval fortress, is 9 km away. The Sault Pond in Prémilhat, located about 19 km away, is a popular spot for walking, fishing, and water sports. You can also enjoy the many hiking trails and the bocage landscapes characteristic of the Bourbonnais region.

This Greenkub sleeps 4 people, with the option to accommodate 2 additional guests using the living room’s sofa bed.

The raised ground floor is accessible via two steps at the entrance. The kitchen opens onto the living room; there are 2 bedrooms for 2 people (2 beds measuring 80 x 200 cm that can be joined together) and a bathroom (shower/toilet). The living area is equipped with a reversible air conditioner powerful enough to cool the bedrooms as well when the doors are left open.

Outside, there is an above-ground pool shared with the owners (4 m x 3 m, depth 1.20 m), available from May through September depending on weather conditions and the schedule posted on-site. It is located on the owners’ property, behind the holiday cottage. A ping-pong table and 4 adult mountain bikes are available for use.

The owners also offer on-site massage services, yoga sessions, horseback riding, and the opportunity to purchase fresh produce from their garden. Please arrange these directly with them.

Families with children are asked to exercise caution due to the presence of a pond located across the access path leading to the holiday cottage.
