Overlooking the Besbre Valley and its castles of Beauvoir and Thoury, the former farmhouse has been transformed and modernized into a vacation home to accommodate large families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy the countryside and its outdoor activities, the Le Pal amusement park or the many tourist attractions. You can also visit the owner's nearby Charolais cattle farm.
First floor: spacious living room with wood-burning stove, comprising a dining area and a sitting room next to the old oven, offers a modern ambience with some elements of the past preserved (bricks, wood, beams), integrated-style kitchen for preparing meals.
There are 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) with private bathroom (shower and toilet), 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), shower room and separate toilet. For outdoor relaxation, there's a terrace, a garden and, quite simply, a courtyard where, depending on the season, you can see the castles of the Besbre Valley and the meadows with their herds of Charolais cattle.
